These notes present a fairly advanced treatment of the microeconomic theory of consumer and producer behavior. They are meant to satisfy two goals: on the one hand they could provide support material to Ph.D. students in Economics tackling their Microeconomics sequence, on the other hand they could provide a tool for researchers in Economics who would like to deepen their knowledge of the theory of consumer and producer decisions. One special feature of these notes is that they include both the standard analysis of consumer and producer behavior – as found in advanced microeconomics textbooks – and the so-called duality approach, which proves especially useful in applied and empirical work.

This volume summarizes over fifteen years of surveys on the breeding birds in the city of Milan, realized thanks to the contribution of dozens of volunteers. It provides a comprehensive overview of the distribution of 80 species in the period 2009-2024, integrating the results of several citizen science projects. The evolution of Milan's urban bird community highlighted contrasting trends: on the one hand, an increase in biodiversity, due to the progressive urbanization of several forest bird species, associated with the expansion of urban green species and an increase of mature trees; on the other hand, the expansion of non-native species and the decline of iconic urban bird taxa. The Atlas constitutes a valuable tool for integrating biodiversity conservation into future urban planning.

Following the introduction of the course “Customs Law and Trade Policy of the European Union” as part of the bachelor’s degree program in International Studies and European Institutions (SIE) at the University of Milan, it was deemed necessary to revise this volume in order to update and expand the topics covered. In addition to the necessary review of the cited regulatory sources and practice documents, certain sections of the volume have been expanded to include topics not present in previous editions, taking into account the most significant recent developments, as well as updating and supplementing the supplementary materials included with the volume. This volume is part of a project between the University of Milan and the City of Milan, entitled "The Days of Democracy. Eighty Years of the Italian Republic", celebrating the anniversary of the referendum of June 2, 1946. On that day, Italian women were called to vote for the first time, actively participating in the choice between Monarchy and Republic and in the election of the Constituent Assembly. It is a selection of previously unpublished images, collected from Milanese archives and libraries and accompanied by historical texts, on the referendum that marked the beginning of republican democracy and ended the cycle of fascism and the Savoy monarchy. The computability of functions and the computational complexity of problems are classical subjects of Theoretical Computer Science. This work presents the main aspects of these topics with a didactic and educational goal. The notion of computability is related to the existence of an algorithm to determine the values of a function or to solve a problem. In this context it is also relevant the study of problems and functions that do not admit algorithms. On the other hand, computational complexity concerns the analysis of the resources (usually time and space) required by an algorithm to solve a given problem or compute a certain function. These topics are considered at the basis of a university curriculum in Computer Science or in Mathematics, and this presentation is devoted in particular to the students of scientific degree programs.

Much of contemporary media entails forms of telepresence. Interaction and perception across physical distance today underpin both everyday media—such as mobile phones and teleconferencing platforms—and simulation-based media, including immersive and extended realities, which consistently incorporate a live component. ARTCHAE traces the roots of these processes to the electronic arts from the 1960s to the early 1980s—video art, installation art, and sound art—where mediated presence first became a site of experimentation, while simultaneity, embodied interaction, and self-recognition were already challenged. These fundamental rights, which are non-derogable and in part also non-transferable, form the common thread running through Carlo Smuraglia's thinking, both in his earlier essays, in which the author develops a genuine doctrine of workers' rights, and in his more recent works, which update and adapt these rights to technical progress and the changing working conditions of recent years. Between digital archives, search engines, and artificial intelligence systems, the past risks remaining permanently accessible, shaping individual biographies and redefining the boundaries between memory, identity, and personal freedom.

This volume approaches the right to be forgotten not as a single, unitary right, but as a constellation of safeguards: from personal data protection to human dignity, from the right to health to identity and cultural concerns, as well as the challenges posed by the persistence of digital traces and the functioning of machine-learning systems. Adopting an interdisciplinary framework that brings together law, semiotics, and computer science, the volume investigates the multiple dimensions of oblivion in contemporary society.

At its core lies the increasingly complex and problematic interplay between technology and law, whereby large-scale information-processing technologies challenge legal frameworks to reassess foundational concepts such as time, responsibility, and erasure. The picture that emerges is still uneven: there are still significant disparities in top management positions in public healthcare companies and at the highest academic levels in medical disciplines. In contrast, the private sector, particularly the pharmaceutical sector, shows greater balance. The full utilization of female talent requires profound cultural change and inclusive governance models: only in this way can healthcare companies evolve towards equal leadership, capable of generating value for the community.

Between the end of World War II and the economic boom, cinema in Italy was at the center of numerous negotiating practices, ranging from the protection of morality to the maintenance of public order; from the need to financially support a struggling industry to the development of new international relations; from the influence of the Vatican to the creation of fragile political alliances. The essay reconstructs how film censorship positioned itself at the crossroads of all these concerns. Through the study of the censorship archive files and parliamentary records, the book offers a reading that seeks to overcome from the traditional interpretation of censorship as a merely repressive tool, proposing instead a model of culture of negotiation that was able to guide the country through one of the most difficult periods in its history.

Expanding the theoretical framework developed by André Green over more than four decades of research, this book offers a new inquiry into the Work of the Negative in the late writings of Franz Kafka (1883–1924) and Paul Celan (1920–1970). The study follows the thread of the Greenian concept of the incréable, a figure of the Negative expressing a tension toward a lost and severed origin, one that can never be reconstituted or created, but only represented otherwise through writing. In doing so, the book explores the function of absence and of the limit in the creative process. In this light, Kafka’s and Celan’s writings emerge not only as works on, and at the limits of representation. Through the creative process, the authors persistently interrogate the loss of origins, the question of writing, and the death drive at the heart of culture and civilization.

This volume deals with the political, legal and cultural issue of the recognition and denial of mass violence. But instead of dealing with the issue in general, it focuses on a specific issue, the one that arose at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s, with recognizable anticipations already in the previous decade and even more impressive fallout in the following decades. This historical and political entrenchment is the topic of the first part of the book. Which revolves around two closely associated questions. First, and foremost: what can explain the emergence of a new sensibility for “mass violence” (past and present) starting in the 1980s and 1990s - but with significant and, arguably, decisive precedents already in the previous decade? And what made this rewriting of the memory of the past and this growing sensitivity to the mass violence of the present take the characteristic form they have taken, structuring themselves around the three typical subjectivities of victim, perpetrator and savior? Instead, the second part of the volume turns to some historical cases of this post-twentieth-century reworking of the recognition and denial of mass violence, different from each other not only in historical location but also in the ways in which they rethink the past.

The role of the lender's person in the employment relationship is the third monograph, published in 1967, by Carlo Smuraglia. This work continues and develops the themes of his earlier work The Constitution and the System of Labor Law (Volume II of this series), drawing on constitutional principles to advance significant arguments. These arguments redefine, in contrast to the prevailing theories of the time, the consequences of involving the person in the execution of the employment relationship.

"There is no work without the men who work," writes Carlo Smuraglia. This fundamental assertion serves to reject the conceptions of the employment relationship then widely held, which were based on notions of supremacy or a personal bond between the parties. The involvement of the person in the employment relationship, therefore, does not translate into personal subjugation to another's will or a complete and total submission of the worker's person. Subordination is purely technical and functional.

It is particularly in the realm of consequences— especially regarding the delimitation and qualification of the parties' obligations —that Smuraglia's contribution exhibits its most original aspects. The guarantees for protecting human personality, safeguarding physical integrity, and above all, preserving moral dignity and personality, freedom of thought, and protection against any invasion of one's personal sphere, here rise to the level of true legal values. They are given concrete substance and are enshrined in specific contractual obligations.

It is the second monograph by Carlo Smuraglia, published in 1963 by Giuffrè, and perhaps his least known work. Nonetheless, it remains to this day one of the very few studies dedicated to the topic and, despite the numerous major reforms that have changed the face of labor law in the years since its publication, it retains elements of relevance that cannot be overlooked even today. The fundamental thesis is that the existence of an agreement cannot be determined based on the presumption of acceptance of a particular treatment. From the receipt of a salary or a change in the relationship, writes Carlo Smuraglia, the only legal certainty that can be deduced is that of the receipt or application of the new working conditions. It is perhaps in terms of the demands for flexibility in job performance and the varied galaxy of forms of availability required of the worker that the issue of interpreting the worker's conclusive behavior seems to take on even more significance today. But the principles and hermeneutic criteria that Carlo Smuraglia had developed back in 1963 should today be reevaluated also in light of the erosion of job stability that occurred with the reforms of the dismissal regulations in 2012 and 2015.

The vulnerability of the fruit crops industry to the modification of agro-climatic conditions depends on both the expected regional climate extremes and the sectors’ adaptation ability. The volume was published in 1958, at a time when there was still debate about the legal significance of the Constitution and when labor was still regulated by corporatist norms. The work offers a systematic reinterpretation of labor law in light of constitutional principles. The relevance of the individual, the principle of substantive equality enshrined in Article 3(II) of the Constitution, and the right to work are at the foundation of recognizing a society divided by economic and social differences, which presupposes a rebalancing through a system of guarantees aimed at balancing entrepreneurial economic power with the social and political primacy of labor forces. It is in light of the fundamental principles of the Constitution that the rights to work, to adequate compensation, to social security, and to trade union freedom become non-negotiable rights of the individual, immediately effective even in relations between private parties. And it is always on the basis of principles of democracy and freedom that the rights of collective autonomy are defined in the essay. Despite the more than sixty years filled with history and changes that separate us from this first monograph by Carlo Smuraglia, the principles affirmed therein remain at the foundations of the current labor regulatory system and, at the same time, indicate a path towards the realization of constitutional principles that has never lost relevance.

This volume explores the discursive construction of debates around the topic of vaccination, with a particular focus on the hypothesis of a link between the MMR vaccine and autism. The research analyses the coverage of the debate in the British press up to 2019, through the tools of corpus-assisted discourse analysis and in light of the so-called “post-truth era”. The analysis focuses on the construction of medico-scientific debates in the media, in particular on issues of newsworthiness and polyphony. The discursive representation of evidence and the (de)legitimation strategies of social actors interacting in the debate are then explored. A large part of the volume is also devoted to the topic of argumentative narratives and the evidential value of personal experience. Each chapter of the monograph illustrates a connection between these aspects of the MMR vaccine controversy and the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

Corpus linguistics, German linguistics and the Teaching of German as a foreign language (Deutsch als Fremdsprache – DaF) are strictly connected disciplines (cf. Fandrych/ Tschirner 2007). This notwithstanding their combination for descriptive, applicative and didactic purposes is still not widespread. In university teaching theory and practice, the connections are in fact mainly binary, between corpus linguistics and German linguistics, between German linguistics and DaF and between corpus linguistics and DaF. On the contrary, the present volume aims at bringing out the interconnections among all three disciplines; the use of empirical approaches intended to foster the development of linguistic and crosslinguistic awareness will play a central role. The focus of the volume is on morphology and syntax, two linguistic domains that are traditionally considered central to grammar and that are well suited to be understood and analysed by means of corpus linguistics corpus linguistics. Is it possible to have mathematics experience in the school courtyard garden? Can we observe plants "with different eyes" and identify the connections between mathematical sciences and plant biology? This booklet contains and comments on three interdisciplinary activities that secondary school mathematics and science teachers can conduct in their classrooms, using the group laboratory work method. The proposed activities concern two apparently distant fields: geometry and botany, and are linked to the laboratory kit "Symmetry: mathematics in the garden" (http://specchi.mat.unimi.it/matematica/matematica_in_giardino.html). This work intends to provide teachers, and not only them, with an unusual classification tool based on symmetry and also with a look at topics that are little known to most people and not usually covered in the school curricula, such as floral diagrams and phyllotaxis.

Markov chains represent a classical topic of probability theory that has a large number of applications in different areas, including mathematics, computer science, physics, biology, natural science, economics and several others. Typical examples of Markovian models concern for instance the analysis and interpretation of DNA sequences, voice recognition and the design of procedures for analysis and browsing of the web. In computer science and in particular in the algorithmic area Markov chains have been used to introduce the so-called Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods, which allow us to design probabilistic approximation algorithms for solving NP-hard problems. This work presents Markov chains and their algorithmic applications in a mathematical style, with a didactic spirit. It mainly has educational purposes, and it is specifically designed for teaching these topics in Italian university courses at a master level.

Over thirty years after the first narratives written in Italian by migrants, this book considers one of the distinctive characteristics of their writing, namely the massive presence of words and expressions in their mother tongue, which are thus kept alive in the new language and offered to Italian readers. The research is conducted on a specific corpus of 157 short stories and novels published in Italy between 1990 and 2020, written by 91 authors from 34 different countries. Over 500 words have been extracted and collected in a glossary: the abundance of graphic variants, the grammatical class adopted in Italian, the languages of origin (at least 30 ascertainable) and the most frequent semantic fields are detected. The diffusion of these migrant words is also considered as a sign of a possible lexical renewal due to the contact between Italian and migrant languages.

The monograph, after an initial part dedicated to the genesis of the idea of the artifex in scriptural, philosophical and rhetorical sources, explores the philosophical constitution of the idea of the maker in the thought of four Friars Minor: Bonaventure of Bagnoregio, Peter of John Olivi, John Duns Scotus and William of Ockham. The book describes an action-research project aimed at responding to the needs generated by new forms of poverty, both social and economical, laid bare by the Covid Pandemic in Via Padova Area, in Milan. This area, a multi-ethnic neighborhood in the periphery of the ‘City of the Rich’, is marginal in the Greater Milan. As a response to this state of crisis, relying on a solid territorial network of third sector entities, “La terra che non c’è” – The Unexisting Land, – has used a series of abandoned, underused or inactive lands, to produce fresh food, with the scientific coordination of the Department DISAA – University of Milan. By applying soilless cultivation tecniques, it has created self-built vegetable gardens, managed with the inhabitants of the neihbourhood. “La Terra che non c’è” - The Unexisting Land has therefore built an innovative urban horticultural community, made up of young students, voluteers, the elderly, the disabled, which donates its products to those who are socially in need, to the invisible people of the neighborhood, thus creating a supportive circular community.

Although there had long been pressing demands to limit international migration, the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001 marked an emblematic turning point in national border policies. The new century ushered in renewed efforts by national governments, and hence European policymakers, to re-instate stricter controls on trans-border mobility, even at the cost of violating international agreements and compromising commitments to the protection of human rights.

The theme of borders has also been a domain of inquiry for academia and the scientific community. Various scientific disciplines have pooled resources and initiated dialogue with the larger society on issues such as boundaries, migrations, and human rights. This volume is the fruit of an initiative by the UNIMI Migration and Human Rights Research Centre and offers the thoughts and insights of a number of authors, contributing a range of disciplinary perspectives to bear on this critical issue of our times.

The short life of hacker Aaron Swartz, who died by suicide on 11 January 2013, has many incredible aspects. A small computer genius who grew up in a Chicago suburb, he met, as a teenager, scholars of the calibre of Tim Berners-Lee and Lawrence Lessig and worked with them to build the computer architectures, and licences, of the future. In a radical change of life, he will then decide to devote himself to political and technological activism; in the meantime, his talented colleagues are taking advantage of the Silicon Valley wave to get rich. Instead, he will devote his energies, and talent, to fight for open access, secure communications, anonymity, and freeing content and culture from the confines, and paywalls, of big databases. At some point, however, the US government will target him and, slowly, the powerful American judicial machine will crush him. His teaching, his theories, his passion are still today, ten years after his death, an example for many users, hackers and citizens of the information society.

This monograph offers a commentary on the 'catalog' of constellations at vv. 255-455 of the first book of Manilius' Astronomica. The commentary, embracing three levels (philological, literary, and scientific-philosophical), aims to analyze the presence in Manilius of Aratus' Phenomena, a poem widely read and translated in Rome. The discussion of the passage's many philological, exegetical and scientific questions, contained in the notes to single verses, is accompanied by an introductory essay, a critically revised text and a new Italian translation. The work aims to offer an up-to-date tool for examining a complex text that still raises questions.

"From sign to sound" is a research project aimed to investigate some peculiar features of the musical reading with reference to instrumental performance. Its purpose is to extend the present knowledge about cognitive, musical, and pedagogical aspects of the subject, pointing out problematic issues and solutions significant for the young musicians' music performance education. The main study profile, which differentiates it from very few existing international studies on the subject, arises from the particular situation of the Latin countries (to which some other Latin American countries must be added) that adopted, starting from XIX century, the syllabic designation of notes, abandoning the alphabetic one. The aim of the research was to clarify a) the extent to which the outlined situation is widespread in Italian and European instrumental teaching, b) what are the prevailing opinions about it, and c) whether different perspectives can be found based on instrumental families or educational schools.

The book is part of the multidisciplinary research project Languages of notarial mediation from the Middle Ages to the Modern Age (LIMEN) of the University of Milan. It collects the point of view of jurists: it is a journey through time, which ranges from the origins of the notarial function to the exercise of it in our time. The book highlights the evolution of the role of the notary in different ages and cultural contexts, a role which has always guaranteed trust and impartiality in the drafting and conservation of legal documents.

The collection offers a 'evolving' representation of the tasks of notaries, starting from the assumption that the recovery of historical, legal and cultural roots can provide a key for the understanding of today's profession as well as some points of reflection for the future.

The book aims to reconstruct, with a interdisciplinary approach in a comparative methodology, the evolution of Bolivian institutions, from independence to the present days, in the light of the indigenous element as a legal interpretative parameter. After a first denial and a forced assimilation, the indigenous element was integrated into the institutions until it became central to the construction of an alternative constitutionalism to the Western model. The dissertation outlines three Latin American constitutional cycles. For each constitutional cycle, the common lines and the differences with Western constitutionalism are analysed, referring to the importance attributed to the indigenous element, since to a detailed analysis of intercultural and multinational constitutionalism of the 2009 Bolivian constitution. The indigenous element is fundamental because it becomes a source of national law, thus giving rise to a plural juridical model that starts from the community, and the traditional and ancestral culture of the indigenous people. It also challenges the Western individual constitutionalism, only founded on the supremacy of human rights.

This work provides the legal framework in which the Venetian book trade operated in the years 1527-1565, and it is followed by an equal one pertaining the years 1566-1603. The repertoire documents the systematic use that authors and printers made of the privileges system to ensure exclusivity in the economic exploitation of a work and thus protect their work and investments. The archival and bibliographic sources collected in this volume testify to the entrepreneurial strategies implemented by authors and printers to innovate and diversify publishing production in order to create products capable of competing on foreign markets. The repertoire also traces the role of the Venetian State in promoting and protecting the local book industry in a context characterized by constant historical and political changes.

A little more than a year after the death of Giacomo Verde, pioneer of video/interactive art, techno-theatre and Italian "artivist", the corpus of unpublished drawings and sketches in pencil, pastel and collage for videos, video installations and video performances by the artist from the period 1986-1992 is published. This is the first publication from the Giacomo Verde Archive and it illustrates Verde's first "techno-artistic" phase: a well-documented and creatively rich period, when in 1983 he arrived, self-taught, from popular and street theatre to video art, works and installations whose characteristic feature was the craftsmanship of the "technological artefact", the use of low technology and the addition of poor materials. The authors Anna Maria Monteverdi Dalila Flavia D’Amico, Vincenzo Sansone, dedicate the book to the warm memory of the unforgettable Giacomo Verde. The book is followed by an equal publication entitled Giacomo Verde installazioni, tv interattive, net art, tecnoteatro (1992-2002).

Through the journey of a kid, led by a wise man in the world where his father is battling his illness, the reader will find a way to recognize and share his emotions, activate resources and prepare for a possible visit to the Intensive Care Unit.

The present volume includes an introduction and seven short plays that aim to entertain, while heightening people's awareness about the climate change emergency. The plays are the outcome of a series of multidisciplinary, online seminars devoted to climate change that the sector of Public Engagement at Milan University organized in early 2021. “Stai fermo un girone” (skip a turn in hell) is a game based on the “Game of the Goose”, a traditional children’s board game. It is dedicated to Inferno by Dante Alighieri, and to all humanities research focused on the Middle Ages.

To advance along the board, and to win the game, one must not only have a certain familiarity with cantos, characters, and themes of Dante’s Inferno, but must also be able to tackle different modes of enquiry for the texts used in university studies. In so doing, one can unlock a door through which to view Dante’s work, set against the backdrop of the Middle Ages, with its history, ideas, culture, questions raised, and answers given. This board game will help stimulate and further the understanding of secondary school students encountering Dante’s verses for the first time. It’s also a fun way for aficionados to relive and revisit a beloved writing. Thanks to its three levels of difficulty, the game is suitable for persons of all skill levels, from novices to veterans.

The print-cut-play format makes it easy for everyone to build their own set of cards, markers and board, and to immerse themselves in the world of Dante and his Inferno.

The authors will present a comprehensive account of the neurological aspects of SARS-CoV-2 infection. The aim is to provide a practical clinical book which will serve as a guide for clinicians from all specialties involved in the management of COVID-19 patients. The authors share the extensive clinical experience gained in major hospitals in Lombardy, the first European region to face the COVID-19 emergency in 2020. All are recognized international experts in their respective fields and have been involved in the management of COVID-19 cases from the very beginning of the Italian SARS-CoV-2 outbreak. The text begins with a description of pathobiological and pathophysiological aspects related to the involvement of the nervous system, moving on to the discussion of the neurological complications observed in COVID-19 patients; these range from central to peripheral symptoms, and can occur in the acute or post-acute phases of the disease. Further topics are: neuropathology, seizures and EEG, neuroimaging, delirium, encephalomyelitis, stroke, psychopathology and psychiatry, neuropsychology and cognitive impairment, neuromuscu-lar disorders, and the impact of COVID-19 on other pre-existing neurological disorders. In addi-tion, the book will discuss the new developments in teleneurology approaches, which have been a direct response to the ongoing pandemic. Finally, the possible neurological complications of the COVID-19 vaccines and the neurological complications in children will be considered.
Each chapter will present a critical review of the existing literature concerning the specific subject matter, followed by practical clinical recommendations, as well as personal considerations based on the experience gained by each author during the course of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Neurology of COVID-19" will be an original and innovative reference book for clinicians of all the specialties involved in the management of patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Polar Stars. Why the Political Ideologies of Modernity still Matter

Contrary to the cliché that our age is post-ideological, this book contends that political ideologies are part of the logic itself of modernity and continue to permeate ’hyper-modern’ politics. Using a multitude of primary sources (texts) and data, the author identifies the ‘polar stars’ – guiding principles such as order, freedom and equality – around which ideological fields have developed, mainly in Europe, in recent centuries. In place of the too reductive concepts of ‘left’ and ‘right’, this book uses a different strategy to analyse the orientations of contemporary political movements, parties, policies and voters: it reconstructs the main ideological ‘matrices’ of modern politics in their historical origins and subsequent phases of radicalisation and hybridisation, which still continue, both among these political matrices and with ‘metapolitical’ ideologies like populism. In doing so, the book also propounds a broader theory that helps to interpret recent ideological trends as reflecting a distinctive ‘double movement’ of modernity: the continuous tension between liberalising pressures for greater individual rights and, vice versa, ’centripetal’ countermovements along either the matrix of order or that of socioeconomic equality.

From the seventeenth century onwards, women gardeners have planted, pruned, selected, illustrated, contributed to the publication of texts about gardens, and have also been active within the area of scientific and botanical research, in landscape design, and in the environmental campaigns that started in Victorian England.
From England then, where garden history is well studied and documented, women did extend their action to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, bridging the borderlines of our old world while preserving their roots, which would be replanted in distant lands. Francesca Orestano, Anna Rudelli and Anna Zappatini have explored the adventurous stories of these women gardeners: we still profit from their lessons, even if our gardening skills are limited to a geranium pot on our window sill.

Il volume Contro Bernardino. Processi al maestro Amedeo Landi nasce dal ritrovamento di documentazione inedita riguardo ai processi – solo in parte noti – contro il maestro d’abaco Amedeo Landi che insegnava ai mercanti milanesi presso il Broletto. Si tratta di un caso eccezionale non solo perché finora si conosceva un solo testimone dell’attività del tribunale inquisitoriale milanese nel medioevo (la cui documentazione è andata interamente perduta), ma anche per il ruolo del tribunale ecclesiastico e dei suoi funzionari.

La ricchezza delle informazioni e dei temi ha suggerito un lavoro d’équipe dei docenti del Dipartimento di studi storici per chiarire i molteplici aspetti (politici, religiosi, economici, documentari) di una vicenda che mostra la vitalità della Milano quattrocentesca, in cui il protagonista, il maestro Amedeo Landi, nel tentativo di tutelare i suoi studenti si scontra con il più importante predicatore del suo tempo, frate Bernardino da Siena, il cui processo di canonizzazione viene momentaneamente bloccato proprio per fare luce sull’episodio milanese.
