His research focuses on the local economic impact of universities and its implications for territorial development policies. He collaborates with MHEO – Milan Higher Education Observatory at the University of Milan, where he contributes to research and analysis on the relationships between universities, territories, and public institutions.

is Researcher Tenure Track (RTT) at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM) of the Università degli studi di Milano. His research interests are predominantly on public management issues such as performance measurement and evaluation mechanisms as well as strategic processes in public sector organizations, with a particular focus on higher education institutions.
