Synopsis

In an era dominated by profound technological transformations, labor law and, more generally, the fundamental rights of the individual are bound to be affected, raising important theoretical and applicative questions that affect any legal system.
The conference entitled “Fundamental Rights, Labor and New Technologies” held on January 30 and 31, 2024 at the Sala Napoleonica of the University of Milan was dedicated to these issues, and the volume hosts in the original language the reports given during the conference by jurists from five different countries (Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Uruguay and Italy).
