About the Press

The series aims to publish scholarly monographs and collections of miscellaneous studies, dedicated to the different areas of research related to the history of Greek and Latin texts (not excluding translations and vulgarizations) from antiquity to modern times. Investigations, in which different and usually not interacting disciplines, such as those related to manuscript and printed books, cooperate, are warmly welcome. Ample space will be given to studies and monographs devoted to figures of copyists and intellectuals, to material and virtual reconstructions of libraries, to the transmission and circulation of books and texts, and to investigations focused on manuscripts or printed editions of particular interest.
