Proposals for publication can be produced at any time of the year, the process is rolling. To submit an editorial proposal, the potential author is required to:

1)  contact and submit the proposal to the editor-in-chief or the editorial committee.

VALIDATION

The proposal received is examined by an expert member of the Scientific or Editorial Committee who evaluates its adequacy and interest for the Series.
If the initial feedback is positive, the proposal is submitted to the Scientific Committee who expresses its opinion on whether or not to proceed.

PEER REVIEW

Approved proposals are sent to at least two external peer reviewers. CISALPINE STUDIES uses a double-blind review system. The choice of reviewers is made by the Editorial Committee on the basis of their specific experience and expertise.

The review process aims to offer authors an expert opinion on the work through suggestions and possible modification requests. At the end of the review process, the volume is sent to the editorial board for publication. The Editorial Committee will ensure that the authors take into account what is indicated by the Scientific Committee and the reviewers

The peer review procedure is managed through the OMP platform (Open Monograph Press).
